ORLANDO, Fla. — Nutriband Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRB, NTRBW) announced that its 2026 Annual Shareholders Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time, at 400 West Church Street, City National Hourglass Room, Orlando, Florida.

The Company has filed and distributed its definitive proxy materials in connection with the Annual Meeting. Shareholders of record as of December 22, 2025 will be entitled to receive notice of the meeting and to vote on matters properly brought before the meeting, including the election of directors.

Shareholders may vote by proxy via mail, internet, or telephone in accordance with the instructions provided in the proxy materials. Attendance at the Annual Meeting will be limited to shareholders of record as of the record date, subject to presentation of appropriate identification and proof of ownership.
